Medication can feel like one more thing to figure out.
Whether you are starting from scratch or trying to make sense of a plan that never quite fit, you deserve care that takes your full experience seriously.
01 Therapy alone hit a ceiling
You have built insight and strategies, but focus, follow-through, or daily overwhelm still make life harder than it needs to be.
02 Unmedicated and unsure where to start
You have questions about ADHD medication and want a real conversation—not pressure, judgment, or a rushed decision.
03 Already medicated, but never properly dosed
Your dose, timing, side effects, or follow-up may not have received the attention they needed.
04 You lost access to your prescriber
A move, insurance change, provider departure, or long waitlist left you needing consistent continuity of care.
More than a prescription. A care relationship.
Medication management at Adhoc is a collaborative process for understanding your ADHD, considering whether medication may be appropriate, and adjusting a plan over time with a provider who knows your history.

—Little context when your needs change
What this service is
Not sure if it's a fit?
The evaluation exists to answer that question together—no commitment to any particular plan before that conversation happens.
How it works
A clear process, without the guesswork.
Initial evaluation
Meet with your provider for a 60-minute evaluation. Talk through your ADHD history, current concerns, goals, and whether medication management may be a fit.
Starting and adjusting medication
If medication is clinically appropriate, work together on a starting plan. Review questions, logistics, and what to pay attention to between visits.
Ongoing follow-up
Use follow-up visits to discuss how things are going, review side effects or concerns, and make adjustments when clinically appropriate.
Introducing the prescriber who gets it
Michael They, PMHNP
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Care that makes room for the whole picture.
Michael takes a thoughtful, collaborative approach to ADHD medication management. His care starts with listening closely to how ADHD affects each client's routines, relationships, work, and well-being—not just checking boxes on a symptom list.
He believes medication decisions deserve time, context, and clear communication. Together, you will discuss your goals, questions, treatment history, and what a sustainable plan could look like.
