Hey there, I'm Carlo, your friendly neighborhood millennial ADHD guru. Feeling like your brain works on a different channel than the world? You're not alone (trust me, I know the struggle). My aim is to help folks to achieve their goals and thrive in life despite the constant distractions.

  • Carlo carries an ADHD-CCSP and primarily specializes in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of ADHD. He utilizes a combination of executive-functioning coaching, CBT-based therapy, and identity-formation.

  • You can either find me with a camera in my hand looking to film my next venture or trying to lift a very heavy barbel. I am into all things challenging, whether that is in physical sense or a creative sense. As a Filipino, I am also quite a voracious eater and avid fan of traveling.
